A spacious
restaurant, seamlessly combining old stone walls and heavy
beams with modern works of art, fresh flowers and contemporary
table settings.
Patio
doors open onto a terrace overlooking the River Gynack where
you can breakfast on a summer’s morning or enjoy a glass
of Champagne before dinner.
An
open fire divides the 20 seat restaurant, offering space and
seclusion. Once reserved, the table is yours for the evening.
We
use only the finest fresh produce, locally sourced where possible.
Game from local estates, Highland beef, Shetland lamb, prime
fish from Scrabster, and shellfish from Skye. Wild mushrooms
picked locally, soft fruits from Alvie Estate and cheeses
from Mull and Galloway.
