The
wine list at The Cross is highly acclaimed and we are delighted
that we won the AA Wine Award for Scotland in 2006.
The
list changes frequently as old vintages are drunk and new
wines are introduced and will continue to develop in line
with our own tastes, featuring wines that we are able to enthuse
about.
In
addition to our full list, we regularly offer bin-ends.
We
offer a tempting selection of cognac, armagnac, calvados,
and eaux de vie - and whisky aficionados are not forgotten
with a choice of around 40 malts including some rare bottles
and of course a range of local whiskies from the nearby Dalwhinnie
and Speyside distilleries.

upwards, we regret!).
AA
Wine Award

A
note re. bringing your own wine.
We
would rather you didn't bring your own wines to The Cross.
We do recognise, however, that to celebrate a special occasion
you may wish to drink something you've been storing under
the bed for twenty five years. In these circumstances only,
and strictly where we are unable to supply something similar
ourselves, we shall serve your wines for a corkage charge
of £20 per bottle (still wine) or £25 per bottle
(champagne). Under no circumstances can we be held liable
for the quality of the wine or any spillage or loss incurred
during service.
